About Harshavardhan Shinde

This site is the professional home of Harshavardhan Shinde, a Cloud FinOps and delivery leader with more than ten years of experience running multimillion-dollar technology programs across the United States, United Kingdom, Singapore and Hong Kong. It sets out how I work, the results I have delivered, and the way I help organizations take control of what their cloud actually costs.

The work covered here is straightforward to describe. I help enterprises find the money hiding in their cloud estate, then build the operating model that keeps it visible. That has meant giving a Fortune 150 company full visibility into US$500M of annual spend across GCP, AWS and Azure, and renegotiating commitment purchases against real usage for savings of 60 to 65 percent against list price.

This site is written for the people who carry that problem. If you are a CFO, a head of platform or engineering, a finance business partner, or a program leader accountable for a cloud budget you cannot fully explain, the Cloud FinOps page describes how an engagement runs and what you get at the end of it.
